Edvance continues to build on its strong track record in promoting diversity and gender equality.

For the second consecutive year, Edvance has achieved a score of 100/100 in the Gender Equality Index.

Introduced following the French Law of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one's professional future, the Index aims to strengthen pay and career equality within companies. It assesses, among other criteria, pay gaps, salary increase rates and promotion rates between women and men.

With this result, Edvance reaffirms its commitment to professional equality in the workplace.

In 2024, two key agreements were signed, covering Professional Equality and Quality of Working Life, reflecting our determination to take lasting action towards a more inclusive company.

Gender equality is an integral part of our corporate culture, and these results demonstrate the continuous attention we devote to this important commitment.
