Edvance has launched a new season of its Inspirational Pathways programme, an initiative designed to highlight women’s career journeys and promote gender diversity across the nuclear industry. Its objective is to encourage the sharing of experiences, build confidence, and inspire more women to showcase their expertise.
To open this year’s programme, we welcomed the Fem’dem FLA3 collective, finalists in the Fem’Energia 2025 Awards. Their contribution immediately set the tone, bringing energy, openness and enthusiasm to the discussion.
